Acceptable-Use Policy

This policy sets out uses of our services that we will not knowingly support. It protects our clients, their users and our own standing.

Prohibited uses

You may not use our services to knowingly facilitate:

  • Unlawful activity of any kind.
  • Fraud, malware, credential theft or unauthorised access to systems.
  • Infringement of intellectual-property or other rights.
  • Abusive, deceptive or unlawful communications.
  • Unlawful surveillance or exploitation.
  • Unauthorised handling of personal data.
  • Evasion of a provider's rules, or misrepresentation to banks or payment providers.
  • Any activity that requires licences or approvals the client does not hold.

Our right to decline work

We may decline, pause or end work that presents unacceptable legal, security or operational risk, or that conflicts with this policy. Where practical, we will explain our concerns and give you the opportunity to address them.

Reporting misuse

If you believe our services are being misused, please tell us through the contact form on this website so we can investigate.
